Discovery-R and Discovery-P are two DHZ colourways of the same machine. The swing arm is available in a round or square profile to suit your floor.
Chest pressing with each arm moving on its own path, so the pecs, triceps and front delts develop evenly rather than leaning on a dominant side. The independent motion also lets members work through a set at whatever pace suits them that day.
