Cable Crossover

A crossover earns its floor space by never sitting idle. Two independent columns, each on its own 95 kg stack, so two members work at once without queuing behind each other. Adjustable cable positions run the height of both columns, covering flyes, pulldowns, rows, curls and woodchops, used alone or paired with a bench.

The pull-up bar between the columns is rubber-wrapped with two grip widths, so the frame doubles as a bodyweight station instead of dead steel overhead.
