The shoulder-carry sandbag from the race formats, in exactly the three lunge weights. Seven handle positions mean it works for far more than lunges - cleans, front squats, drags - and the CORDURA shell is the same fabric military packs use. Supplied pre-filled, with the sand split into 5 kg pouches so the load cannot slosh mid-lunge.
