Foam rolling on the floor is the first thing members skip. Mount the rollers on the rack instead and soft-tissue work happens standing, between sets, with body weight doing the pressing. The roller array pins to any IRONWOD upright at the height the muscle group needs. Small attachment, disproportionate use.
