Wall balls need a target, and a painted mark on the wall stops counting the day the paint scuffs. IRONWOD's Iron Man target bolts to any of their 75 mm uprights and puts a proper steel face at regulation height - throws either hit it or they don't. Pairs with the IRONWOD wall balls and soft medicine balls.
