The landmine turns one end of a barbell into a whole training station - presses, rotations, rows, split-stance work - and the PRO mounts it straight on the rack so it lives at the point of use. The universal swivel follows arcing movements smoothly instead of binding. Two bores to match your rack hardware, two colours to match the floor.
