The peg board is grip and pulling strength distilled: move two beech handles up a wall of holes using nothing but your arms. IRONWOD presses theirs from birch ply thick enough to take the abuse, in a 1.2 m starter and a 2.43 m run for full traverses. Spare handles available for classes.
