Everything the 1994 bar is, cut down to 1.8 m. The grip section stays full width - only the sleeves are shorter - so it racks in tight home cages and PT studios without giving up the 1,500 lb rating. At 14 kg it is lighter than a standard bar; coaches should note the difference when loading percentages.
