The sled for race-format training: push it loaded down the turf lane, clip the rope on and pull it back. Stainless plate posts will not rust shut outdoors, the nylon skids glide on turf instead of shredding it, and at 50 kg unloaded it takes serious plate loads for the heavy divisions. Pairs with the IRONWOD 15 m sled rope and our sled turf lanes.
