A hex dumbbell wrapped in natural rubber from head to handle. The rubber grip is warmer and quieter than chrome, kinder on floors when a set gets dropped, and IRONWOD casts it over a solid steel core with no recycled filler, so there is no chemical smell in an enclosed studio. Same 2.5-50 kg run as the standard hex.
