The space-saving route to seal rows: a pad that pins into the rack you already own. Seven angle positions mean it also serves chest-supported dumbbell work - flyes, rows, rear-delt raises - and the mount takes both IRONWOD hole sizes without adapters. When the session ends it comes off the rack and hangs on the wall.
