Rear-foot-elevated squats build single-leg strength like nothing else, but a bench edge digs into the shin and never sits at the right height. This roller pins into the rack at whatever height the athlete's build wants, spins as the foot settles, and turns the movement from an awkward balance into a loadable strength lift.
