Fifteen metres of double-braided rope at the full 38 mm race diameter, with a steel-reinforced core and a ring clip on the end so it goes straight onto the sled. Thick enough to train grip honestly, soft enough in the braid that hand-over-hand pulls do not chew palms. Sized for the sled-pull station as raced.
