La Promenade Grande Clubhouse

The Grande Clubhouse is the centrepiece of Precinct Grande, the most premium precinct in HSL’s 200-acre gated La Promenade development. HSL describes it as the most premium residents’ facility it has built to date: three storeys and 8,126 sq ft, with the gym sitting under a high, cathedral-like atrium beside a 24-metre saltwater pool.

A clubhouse gym on an upper floor means machines don’t walk in through the front door. Our team craned every unit up the building’s face, rigged each crate by chain, and carried the floor through assembly, calibration and safety checks - the same install crew that fits out Level Up Fitness’s own outlets.

The result: a commercial-grade DHZ floor serving the precinct’s 90 homeowners, sized to the space instead of crammed into it - cardio for daily use, strength stations for proper training, all under warranty and serviced in-country by the team that installed it.
