Ixora Court

Ixora Court is Ibraco’s 220-unit apartment development at Stutong Baru, Kuching. The brief was a compact residents’ gym that still feels like a real gym: cardio, a selectorized strength line, and a free-weights corner in a footprint that leaves the room breathing.

Machine selection matters more, not less, when space is tight. Every station here earns its floor area - treadmills and a rower for cardio variety, dual function strength pieces over single-use ones, and a dumbbell range that covers everyone in the building.
