Sapphire on the Park

Sapphire on the Park is NAIM’s luxury condominium at Kuching Paragon - three 18-storey towers, 445 residences, and over 72,000 sq ft of lifestyle facilities. The residents’ gym had to match that standard.

We delivered a floor that uses the architecture instead of fighting it: cardio and strength lines set against floor-to-ceiling glass with poolside views, commercial-grade machines that hold up to daily residential traffic, and a free-weights zone sized for real training rather than show.
